Multi-Store Catalogue Manager

Privacy notice ยท 18 October 2026

Private catalogue management

This application is for an individual seller's management of their own eBay seller accounts. It is not a service offered to other sellers or the public. The local API connector is under development; this notice describes its intended and permitted scope.

Purpose and information used

The permitted purpose is preparing and managing the operator's catalogue: artwork, product images, SKUs, descriptions, variations, prices, inventory, listing identifiers and listing settings. The connector may retain the catalogue records needed to resume work and avoid duplicate listings.

Buyer names, addresses, contact details, messages and order records are outside this application's scope and must not be retrieved or retained. The application does not sell data, advertise to users or track visitors for marketing.

Account authorization

The operator signs in directly with eBay and authorizes each seller account separately. The application does not ask for or store an eBay password. Client secrets and OAuth tokens are confidential credentials, separate from catalogue files. Before unattended use, the local connector must protect stored credentials using the operating system's credential protection.

This website

This site has no application database, analytics, advertising, forms or application cookies. Its sign-in return page reads the temporary authorization response in memory, removes the query string from the visible address, and lets the operator transfer the response to their local connector. It does not exchange the code for tokens or store it in browser storage.

Cloudflare hosts this site and processes connection information, such as IP addresses and request URLs, to deliver and protect it. A sign-in return URL can contain a temporary authorization code. Hosting-provider processing is distinct from the application's catalogue storage. See Cloudflare's privacy policy. eBay's sign-in and API services are subject to eBay's privacy notice.

Control and removal

The operator controls the local application and its catalogue files. Authorization can be withdrawn through the relevant eBay account's third-party application settings. Revoking authorization stops further authorized access; it does not automatically erase existing local records. The operator must separately remove credentials and local records they no longer need.

Scope changes

The operator has obtained an eBay marketplace account-deletion notification exemption for the declared private use. Adding external users, buyer data or other uses requires a fresh review of the application's permissions, data handling and applicable eBay requirements before enabling those uses.

Operator

The application is operated privately by the owner of the connected eBay seller accounts. There are no external customer accounts or public registration. Privacy and removal actions are handled by that owner through the local application and eBay account settings.
